Carlos Martínez
CEO & Co-founder
As the top-ranked FIBA 3×3 player in Spain and a member of the Spanish National Team 3×3, Carlos brings a wealth of experience to the court. His involvement in Spanish 5×5 basketball spans all categories, from the 5th division to the prestigious ACB and Euroleague. Beyond the court, he is the founder and investor of various projects such as the Ecoballution Social Project, dedicated to repurposing fisherman nets into sports nets. Furthermore, he is passionate about driving innovation and effecting positive change in the field.
Jaime Alonso
President, CMO & Co-founder
Seasoned basketball agent with over a decade of experience, represents players and coaches in top leagues worldwide. In addition to his role as an agent, Jaime leads prominent basketball initiatives such as the «Minibasket International Tournament of La Roda» and «Antillian,» a community-driven project in the Lesser Antilles region of the Caribbean Sea. Furthermore, he is the visionary founder of the first idea of Onil 3×3 project. Jaime’s dedication lies in creating a lasting global impact through the avenue of basketball.

Specializing in the sports sector, Juan directs, coordinates, and manages various multi-location projects, employing the latest strategies and appropriate tools tailored to each case. Furthermore, he leverages his experience in organizing innovative sporting events, working across all areas and providing valuable supervision.

With a wealth of national and international experience in the realm of sports, Jose is actively engaged as both a 3×3 player and manager. Additionally, he holds the position of local team manager for the Onil 3×3 squad, contributing to the development and success of our team at the grassroots level.
Alex Gómez-Arrones
Project Manager & Grassroots
As a basketball skills coach and accomplished 3×3 basketball player, Alex also serves as a project manager overseeing various initiatives. His responsibilities include mentoring young players, managing travel teams and 3×3 squads, and coordinating events such as 3×3 tournaments.
